Step1. Download and install zoom cloud meeting app.

Step2. Open Zoom cloud meeting app after the installation. As soon as you open the cloud app, you will see three options in the interface.

Those three options are:

Join a meeting:  if you are a student or client and you do not want to host meeting then no need to create an account in Zoom cloud meeting. Just tap on join a meeting and enter the meeting ID that your teacher or boss provided you.

Sign up:  if you want to host a meeting, then you need to create an account in zoom cloud meeting app.

Sign in: if you already have an account of Zoom Cloud meeting, just tap on sign in option and enter your login ID

> to create zoom cloud meeting app account click on sign up option. It is in the left side of sign in option and below the join a meeting.

Step3. After clicking on sign up, you need to fill sign up form like this,

Email: enter the email address which you want to use, to create a zoom cloud meeting account. For example, you can use any email like yourname@gmail.com, yourname@hotmail.com or yourname@yahoo.com etc.

First name: enter your first name here, for example my first name is Prashant.

Last name: enter your last name here it means your surname for example my surname is Yadav.

-> now check mark in the box of I agree to the terms of service. This means that you can agree to its terms of service. Before doing this, read its terms and service properly.

-> now click Next.

Step4. Verify your account.
Zoom Cloud meeting app will send you the verification code in your email.

• To verify it open your mail box, find out the email sent by zoom Cloud meeting, if there is no any email in your inbox sent by the zoom Cloud meeting app, then check spam folder still you don’t see the email there, click on resend email in Zoom Cloud meeting app.

• In your email address or mail id There is a zoom account activation email open it and click on a blue color background Activate Account.

Step5. Choose and create your Zoom account password.

• Enter your password (enter uppercase, lowercase, some special characters like @$# and numeric like 4306 etc) in the password field.

confirm your password. To confirm the password, again enter the same password you entered above.

> Now click Orange color Continue button. After entering your password there a Continue button in Orange color background below the password field. Click on it.

Congratulations!! you created your zoom cloud account. Now you will get 3 email address by zoom Cloud you use it to invite your students or client.

• Now go back to in zoom Cloud meeting app again Click on sign in enter the email address and password click on sign in to login in your zoom Cloud meeting account.

How to Sign in or login in Zoom Cloud meeting app Three ways


Way1:

1. If you are not logged into the zoom cloud app, then first open the zoom cloud app.

2. Click sign in. There is a sign in option in the interface of the zoom cloud app below the Join a meeting in the right side of sign up option, click on it.



3. Enter email address and password. Enter the correct email address and password you used while creating Zoom Cloud account.

4. Click sign in. There is a sign in button below the email and password field click on it.

Way2. Login with Google or Gmail account

1. If you are not logged into the zoom cloud app, then first open the zoom cloud app.

2. Click sign in. There is a sign in option in the interface of the zoom cloud app below the Join a meeting in the right side of sign up option, click on it.



3. Click Google. There are three options in the login page.

Facebook

> Click on log in with google. Now Google web page will open.

4. Select your Gmail Id or account.
All your Gmail account will appear in Google web page. From which Gmail account you want to login in or sign in into zoom Cloud meeting, select one.


5. Google will send you a 6-digit verification code on your Gmail account linked phone number, to verify it’s you.

6. Enter the 6 digit verification code and click next.

7. Click Launch Zoom application. Now Zoom application is On in your phone. You can use it for your work.

Note: Your zoom cloud app and Google account password will remain the same.

Way3. Login with Facebook account

1. If you are not logged into the zoom cloud app, then first open the zoom cloud app.

2. Click sign in. There is a sign in option in the interface of the zoom cloud app below the Join a meeting in the right side of sign up option, click on it.

3. Click Facebook. There are three options in login page

> Click on log in with Facebook. Now Facebook web page will open.



4. If you are not logged in into your Facebook account, then enter your Facebook email id and password and first logged in in your Facebook account.

• Even after logged in with Facebook account, you need to add your email address.

How students or client can join a meeting in Zoom app for online classes


It’s easy to join a meeting in zoom app for students or clients, to know it just follow all these given steps properly.

Step1. Open the Zoom Cloud meeting application and go to the interface.

Step2. Click on join a meeting. If you are a student or client, then no need to sign up or sign in in zoom app. You can join a meeting without sign up or sign in into zoom app.



Step3. Enter the personal meeting ID in meeting ID field. Enter the personal meeting ID that your teacher or Manager has given you. Your teacher or manager who hosts the meeting will give you a personal meeting ID and a password.

Don’t connect audio: If you want to study or attend the meeting silently, then turn On this option. If you want to ask your doubts or questions, then turn off this option.

Turn off my video: If you do not want to show your face or video to your teacher or manager, then enable turn off my video.

Step4. Click join meeting. After entering the personal meeting ID click on join meeting.  Its in blue color button below the meeting ID field. It may take sometime too preparing the meeting.

Step5. Enter Meeting password. Enter the meeting password here which you got from your teacher or manager and Click Ok.



• Now you requested for the meeting, if your teacher or manager will accept you to attend the meeting, then your meeting will start with your teacher or manager, if your teacher or manager is not online then there you will see waiting for the hosts to start a meeting on the screen.

How teacher or Manager can host a meeting to teach online in zoom app


Step1. Click on New meeting. In zoom there is an option called new meeting, in orange (🍊) background, in the left side of join option. Click on it.

Step2. Click start a meeting. Here is two options,



Video on: When you turn on the video, your front camera will be open and your face will be live telecast and your phone does not have a front camera, then the rear camera will turn on. If you want to teach your students or client on the board, then use a rear camera.

Use personal meeting: Turn on use personal meeting and click start a meeting.

• Now it may take some time to connect with the server and you have to allow the permissions (Mic and camera permissions). To allow it, click on got it, then click on allow amd allow two times to give the permissions both of them. Now you are on live.

• Touch on live screen. There are few options.

Mute: If you want your students or clients not listen to you and just watch the video, then click on mute option.

Stop video: In between live, you want to stop the video for a reason or you do not want to show your video.  Just you want to teach through your voice, then click on stop video option.

Share: In share there are a lot of documents or file sharing options like,


Photo: You can share your photos to your students or clients by using this option.

Documents: If you have documents or sheets in your phone, then you can share it with your students or clients.

Box:
Drop box: Also, you can share the files from Dropbox.

Google Drive: Same as Dropbox, you can share your documents or files from Google drive too.

Microsoft one drive: if your documents or files are in Microsoft one drive then share from it.

Web URL: If there is anything important on any website and you want to share it with your students or clients, then use this option.

Screen: This screen sharing option is also the best option if you want to share your mobile screen directly with your students or clients, then use this screen sharing option.

To stop screen sharing, Click stop share.
And others

Participants: In the participants, you can see all the students or clients who joined this meeting. There is a invite option in participants, to invite more students or clients to join this meeting Click on it.

• Also There are mute all and unmute all options, If you don’t want to hear the sounds from your students or clients, then click on mute all. To hear their sound Click unmute all.

Note: Touch the live screen, at the top of the screen there is a personal meeting ID and password, Give it to your students or clients to whom you want to join this meeting. Through this personal meeting ID and password your students or clients can the meeting.

Step3. Click End to end the meeting.
Touch on live screen there is end option in the top right corner of the screen.

> Click end meeting. Now your meeting will be declined. Do not click on leave meeting if you want to end the meeting otherwise you will leave the meeting and the meeting will continue.
